Fairies

This past week Libby and I have been busy making fairy dolls. She found a website with instructions about making fairy dolls out of flower petals. I believe she has watched the videos so many times that she has memorized the whole process. We made several fairies this past week.

We made two fairies for the shoebox she was putting together she called them her friend fairies. One was suppose to look like Hannah and one was to look like her.

 

Next we made some mint fairies. These were a bit more complicated because their skirt petals were each dipped in glue and then glitter. We had a good time working on these.

We also made a flower fairy out of some flowers we had around the house.

Then we made a poinsettia fairy. Libby reminded me today she still needs her wings. Something to do tomorrow. Finally we started another mint fairy but we forgot to bring the correct color thread to make her cloths when we were waiting on the boys the other day. This one is going to be a chocolate mint fairy. I'll share pictures later when we get it made.
